Baker, Gary E. Sr. “Arco”, 59, Hastings, passed away at Miners Medical Center, Hastings, PA after a courageous battle with cancer. Born Sept. 1, 1957 in Spangler, PA, son of Carl “Herk” and Lois (East) Baker. Preceded in death by his father. Survived by his children Devany Baker and Gary “Butch” Baker Jr; mother Lois Baker, sister Rebecca Kirkpatrick (Nick Ninosky), brothers Mark “Barney” (Tammy) Baker, Jeffrey Baker, and Carl “Mike” Baker. Gary was a Penn State football and Pittsburgh Penguins hockey fan, enjoyed watching television and sports. Gary was very proud of his children and loved watching them play ice hockey. Friends will be received at St. Bernard Church, Hastings, on Saturday, March 4, 10AM until funeral mass at 11AM. Interment St. Bernard Cemetery.
