Marple, George L., 83, Friedens, passed away November 11, 2022. Born June 7, 1939, to the late John J. and Beatrice (Gibson) Marple. Also preceded in death by brother, Richard Marple; granddaughter, Tracy. George was survived by his loving wife of 59 years Georgia (Gardner) Marple. Also survived by daughter Beverly (Thomas) Clayton; Sons, Lawrence (Pamela) Marple, Michael (Bessie) Marple; grandchildren, John, George II, Haley, Lauren, Chase, James, Tiffany, Tyler, and Hailey; Also 15 great grandchildren. George was an Army Veteran and belonged to the V.F.W. Post 554. He also belonged to Jenners Rod and Gun Club, Eagles Post 1801, and was a lifetime member of the NRA. He worked 35 years for Beckwith Machinery.   At George’s request there will not be any viewing. George is going to be sadly missed by his family and friends.
