Lamer, Gerald Dewane “Jerry”, 59, Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly April 14, 2021. Born June 14, 1961 to the late Sylvester and Agnes (Pennington) Lamer. Preceded in death by brothers, Marlin and David Lamer; and nephews, Scott and Zachary Lamer. Survived by loving wife of 17 years, Tammy (Hafer) Lamer; sons, Travis Lamer (Jen Smith) and David Lamer, both of Johnstown; daughter, Trista Roles (Dave), Johnstown; step-son, Alex Hafer, Johnstown; parents-in-law, Bruce and Judy Hafer, Johnstown; sister-in-law, Sonya Gatehouse (Jack), Sinking Spring, PA; grandchildren, Jace, Trenton, Angel, and Brooklyn; and brothers, James (Connie), Johnstown, Irvin (Lucille), Nanty Glo, and Richard (Kim), Johnstown. Jerry was a member of the Woodvale Athletic Club and an avid sports fan, especially Penn State. He worked as Transporter for Med-Van. At the request of the deceased, there ill be no services.
