Hoffman, Glenn M., 93, Sidman, passed away peacefully November 18, 2018 at his home after a long illness. Born March 8, 1925 in St. Michael to the late William and Minnie (Wirick) Hoffman Sr. Preceded in death by family members, Opal Varmer (Durell); Fern Roxby (Robert); William Hoffman Jr. (Essi); Robert Hoffman; and Joyce (Varmer) Naugle. Glenn is survived by his wife, Ramona, the love of his life who he was happily married to for 70 years. Also survived by brother, Owen Hoffman (Joann); sister-in-law, Doris (Gipe) Hoffman; Valencia H. Tursi (Frank); and many nieces and nephews and their families, who Glenn loved very much. Glenn was a WWII veteran, 4th awarded division serving in the European Theater. He received the Bronze Star and Combat Infantry Badge and was a member of the Dunlo American Legion Post 573 for 66 years. Special thank you to the staff at 365 Hospice for all the love and care they provided Glenn with. A memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday November 28 at St. Michael Catholic Church. Rev. Brian Warchola, officiating. Burial and military honors to follow at Corpus Christi Cemetery in Dunlo.
