Grattan, Glory, 88, of Johnstown, passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2020, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born June 12, 1932 to the late Gaylord and Helen (Snyder) Edmundson in McKeesport, PA. She is preceded in death by her parents; in laws, Lawrence and Frances Grattan; sister in laws, Alda Kovalsky, of OH; Dorothy Mihalick, of OH; and Caroline Rachel, of OH. Glory is survived by loving husband of 65 years, Francis J. Grattan; daughters, Diane Lopez and late husband Larry, of Johnstown; and Karen Walker, of Johnstown; brother, Ronald Edmundson and wife Mary Ann, of Tennessee; and granddaughter, Francesca Walker of Pittsburgh. Survived by brother in laws, Dennis (Judy) Grattan; Bernard Edward Grattan, of Sidman; Patrick Grattan, of California; sister in law Mary Jane Dennis, of Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews; and goddaughter, Mary Grattan Colledge. She retired from MERHO FCU after 27 years as Treasurer/Manager. Glory enjoyed her retirement traveling the world with her good friend Dolly Slagle. She attended St. Clement Church, was a member and volunteer of the YWCA, and a past volunteer for the American Heart Association. She was a strong independent woman ahead of her time and will be deeply missed.
