Quarry, Harry W., 86, Johnstown, passed away suddenly, August 18, 2022. Born July 5, 1936, to the late Harry and Catherine (Barclay) Quarry. Preceded in death by wife, Marlene (Speicher) Quarry and siblings, Jacqueline Waselewski; Shirley Schombert; Sylvia Woy; Rebecca Morgart; Sheila Sabo; and Sherwood “Woody” Quarry. Survived by sons, Jeffrey Quarry; Mark Quarry and his wife Doreen; Bruce Quarry; grandson, Jeremy Quarry; and numerous nieces and nephews. Harry retired from Penelec, Conemaugh station. He bowled for Friday Night Men’s League in Richland for over 50 years, as well as three other bowling leagues. He enjoyed golfing and attending the Johnstown AAABA games. Harry was a Pittsburgh sports fan as well as a Yankees fan. At Harry’s request there will be no services. Donations may be made in Harry’s memory to St. Jude’s.
