Miller, Helen E., 89, Chest Springs, died November 16, 2014, at Cambria Care Center. Born November 19, 1924 in St. Boniface; daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Anna) Yeager. She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul D. Miller and her siblings Margie, Anna, and Paul. She is survived by her children, daughter, Carol (Tom) Walter of Sigel, PA; son, Kenneth (Sue) Miller of Chest Springs; son, William (Marsha) Miller of Northern Cambria. Helen is also survived by her grandchildren, Laurie, Malorie, Marcie, Courtney, Michael, and Brandi; great grandchildren, Ashley and Kolten and also numerous nieces and nephews. Helen enjoyed doing crosswords, and loved to cook, and she really enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Friends will be received from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Tuesday, November 18th at Easly-Hindman Funeral Home, 333 Beaver Street Hastings, PA. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday November 19th at St. Boniface Catholic Church at 11 a.m., Father Thaddeus E. Rettger, Officiating. Interment at St. Boniface Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Helen’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1893 Memphis, TN 38101. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the 2nd floor staff at Cambria Care Center for all that you did for Helen and for the family.
