Walling, Sr., Irving F., 82, Johnstown, died June 25, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Born February 20, 1934 in Union Beach, NJ, to the late Irvin and Catherine (Ruth) Walling. Preceded in death by his wife, Cleona R. (Stiles); and son, William Gogel. Survived by his children: Irving Walling, Jr. and wife, Lisa; Faylynn Hall; Sharon Vanantwerp and husband, Peter; Teddy Gogel and wife, Valerie; Richard Hall and wife, Andrea; grandchildren: Billy, Albie, Brenda, Teddy, Peter II, Theresa, Bonnie Jean, Richie, Garrett, Alden; 12 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews who he loved very much; and his partner in crime, Princess the Italian Greyhound. Irving was a down to earth and hardworking man; but most importantly his family meant the world to him. He spent the majority of his live in New Jersey before moving to Johnstown 13 years ago. At his request there will be no viewing, a memorial service will be held at Park Avenue United Methodist Church at a later date, Pastor Len Findley, officiating.
