Cantalope, Jennie Bernard, 106, went to be with the Lord on December 22, 2020 with son Gennaro by her side. Born November 15, 1914 in Spangler, PA, daughter of the late John and Laura (Contendo) Bernard. She is preceded in death by parents; loving husband of 52 years Gennaro Cantelope Sr.; son, Tony who died in 2016 at age 76 born with Cerebral Palsy; 3 sisters; and 3 brothers. Jennie is survived by sons, Gennaro Cantelupo and Jerry Cantelope. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Caramel Church and Prince of Peace Church. A mass will be held at a later date.
