Born November 1, 1943 to the late Charles and Alice (Studt) Howard Sr. Preceded in death by husband, James Burke; and brother, Robert Howard. Survived by children, Denise McCoy married to Ken; Brian Burke married to Stephanie; Bethany Spisak married to Mark; grandchildren, Bridget Dull; Samantha Morgan; Kelsey Lynn McCoy; Amanda and Adam Burke; Cassie, Jessica, and Zachary Beck; Zackery Spisak; great grandchildren, Austin Bishop; Otto Vonschrenkel; Max Morgan; and brother, Charles Howard married to Cathy. Joanne was a life member of Third Brethren Church and worked at Sunnehanna Country Club for 30 years.
