Homyak, John Edward, 80, died August 27, 2018 in Walkersville, MD. Born August 25, 1938 in Brownstown. Son of the late John and Ann (Dudak) Homyak. Survived by sister, Carol Devine; nephews, Erick (Stephanie), Darcy (Nicole), and Jon (Jodi) Billetdeaux; 5 great nephews; 2 great nieces; and several cousins. John graduated from Ferndale High School and went to Pittsburgh to Computer College. He worked in Washington D.C. while living in Chevy Chase, MD and then moved to Walkersvile, MD when he retired at age 55. He loved watching sports and gambling on horses. At John’s request, services will be private, Very Rev. Protopresbyter, Robert A. Buczak officiating. Interment at Christ the Savior, Benshoff Hill Cemetery.
