Shaffer, John R., 74, Ebensburg, passed away December 19, 2022. Born March 10, 1948, to the late Cliffton and Mary (Kutney) Shaffer. Preceded in death by brother, Jim Shaffer. Survived by wife, Elsie Irene (Wagner) Shaffer; children, Kevin, Bob, Ed, John, and Jeff Shaffer; and 12 grandchildren. John was a Vietnam veteran, having served in the U.S. Army, and a retiree of FMC Corp. At John’s request, there will be no services.
