Kelly, Karen M., 68, Hastings, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at her home. She was born May 3, 1950 in Spangler, a daughter of the late John and Agnes (Endler) Milchak.  Karen is preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Daniel Milchak, and Janet Ramsey. She is survived by her husband of 22 years Ray H. Kelly, her children Brock Phillips (Ashley), Erie; Brandy Manson (Michael), Erie; Bron Phillips, Erie; her grandchildren Tyler, Andrew, Charlotte, Quinn, Wyatt, Rhett, Jordan Hanna, and Chloe; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who she loved as much as her kids. Karen was a preschool teacher for many years, she enjoyed gardening, making crafts, she loved wildlife and all animals, she enjoyed baking, and shopping on QVC, always looking for that good find. Karen was extremely free spirited, and loved spending time with her family. “See you later buddy!”. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing or services.
