Obituary

Miller, Kathleen A., 74, went to be with the Lord on March 11, 2021 after a two-year battle with ovarian cancer. Welcomed into heaven by her parents, Thomas and Carrie (Slezak) Kuzniar; sisters Maryjane and Dorothy; brother-in-law, Frank Furnari; and sister-in-law, Doris Kuzniar. Survived by husband of 55 years, Ed; son, Mark married to Chris (Berkhimer) and their children, Kayla and Chase; daughter, Lori married to Sean Jacobs and their children, Bethany and Ryan; sister Jerri married to Andrew Gonda; brother, Thomas Kuzniar; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family would like to thank Dr. Thomas Ellenberger, the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center staff, Magee Women’s Hospital, Conemaugh Home Health, and Windber Hospice. Family and friends will be received Sunday March 14 from 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Windber Hospice or UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.
