Havener, Kathleen Suzanne, 60, Johnstown, died November 12, 2015 at home. Born January 1, 1955 in Johnstown. Daughter of Francis R. & Anne S. (Pavlo) Polca. Preceded in death by her father, and her brother Rich. Survived by husband Randy Havener; son Scott and his wife Jennifer, Johnstown; grandchildren Andrew & Madelyn Havener; sister of Robert Polca and wife Patti, Pickerington, OH; Jerry Polca and wife Stephanie, Bedford; also survived by sisters-in-law Ann Polca, Johnstown; Lynne Williams, and husband, Jim, Summerville, SC; Kim Mucko, and husband, Dave, Lancaster; Kathy Margetan, and husband, Dave, Johnstown; Sally Havener, and companion, Steve Shuherk, Johnstown; Anne “Maggie” Lohr, and husband Doug, Johnstown.  Kathleen was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and worked as a sales associate at J.C.
