Svencer, Kathy E., 79, passed away at her residence on August 22, 2024. Born September 7, 1944, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Russell and Catherine (McPhee) Passeau. Preceded in death by son, Mark; sister, Laverne; and brothers, James, Robert, George, and Raymond. Survived by loving husband, George; children, George W., Sharon M., and Brian D.; grandchildren, Bryan, Ashley, Christopher, Stone, Charley, Daniel, Aiden, Dylan, Kaitlyn and Austin; great-grandchildren, Evangaline and Violet; sisters, Carol and Janet; brothers, Gary and Theodore; and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on August 27th from 11 A.M. until the time of service at 1 P.M. A procession to Grandview Cemetery will follow.
