Mintmier, Kevin F., 63, Johnstown, died March 21, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 7, 1955 to the late Charles and Phyllis (Kaiser) Mintmier. Kevin was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Survived by life-long partner, Emma Laney. Kevin enjoyed hunting and fishing. Services will be held at a later date.
