Vroble, Leo A., 90, Johnstown, passed away February 14, 2023. Born January 27, 1933 in Johnstown, to the late Leo and Anna Vroble. Preceded in death by brothers-in-law, Pete McGuirk and Steve Vranich. Survived by beloved sisters, Leona Vranich and Joanna McGuirk, and numerous nieces and nephews. A 1951 graduate of Johnstown Catholic High School, 1956 graduate of Indiana State Teachers College, and received a Master’s Degree from Duquesne University, where he was a recipient of numerous National Science Foundation Scholarships. Leo retired as an educator and football coach from Meyersdale area and Mount Lebanon, Pittsburgh PA. Upon retirement, Leo moved to Dillon, Colorado. He was a PIAA official, an avid skier with interest in hunting, fishing, golf, and travel. At Leo’s request there will be no viewing or service.
