Lazer, Lewis “Lew” “Farmer”, 97, Johnstown, passed away February 18, 2023, at Memorial Medical Center. Born February 25, 1925, to the late John and Suzanne Lazer. Survived by wife of 73 years, Jean (Stombaugh) Lazer; children, Bruce Lazer and wife Renae (Harbaugh); Jeannie Brehm and husband Richard; Dr. Jack Lazer and wife Michelle (Macy); Dr. Bob Lazer and wife Karen (Naugle); 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren. After 33 years of service, Lew retired from Quaker Sales Corporation and then became president of LBJ Contractors. Lew was an avid hunter and fisherman. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Albright United Methodist Church, 608 Cooper Ave, Johnstown, PA 15906. At Lew’s request, there will be no viewing or service.
