Topka, Linda C., 69, Windber, passed away January 10, 2018 at the Church of the Brethren Home in Windber. Born December 18, 1948. Daughter of the late Sylvester and Elsie (Wirick) Turk. Survived by daughter, Jennifer Britt (John), Tarpon Springs, FL; son, Brian Topka (Tina), Medina, OH; granddaughter, Ava Topka, Medina, OH; grandson, Troy Topka, Medina, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
