Zahurones, Linda M. – 76, Northern  Cambria, went to be with the Lord on Sunday May 14, 2017, at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born February 22, 1941, in Watkins, PA; she was a daughter of the late Howard J. and Goldie B. (Hagens) Lamer. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Alice Marie Ober, Clayton Lamer, Rothard Lamer, and James R. Lamer.  Linda is survived by her husband Nick Zahurones; son Jeffrey Alan Wolf (Catherine), Lancaster; daughter Mary Lynne Wills (Dan),  Fort Mill, SC; step-children, Laurie Ann, Nebraska; Magdelina, Nebraska; Nancy Jo, Nebraska; and Nicholas C. Zahurones, South Dakota; 14 grandchildren; her siblings, Ruth Marsh, Evelyn Marsh, George A. Lamer, and Raymond Lamer; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Linda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Linda was a retired LPN, she was formerly employed at the Valley Haven nursing home, in Valley, Nebraska. She enjoyed teaching Sunday school, and enjoyed being a leader for the Girls Scouts/Brownies, she enjoyed being a room mother for kids classes, she loved reading, sewing, cooking, watching baseball, she loved kids and animals.  Linda will be missed by her family and friends.  At the request of the deceased, there will be no Visitation or Service.
