Pestella-Hale, Luann N., 61, Johnstown, died March 6, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Born Feb. 4, 1954, to the late Joseph and Norma (Ryan) Pestella. Preceded in death by daughter, Amber Cassidy. Survived by husband, Robert Hale; daughter, Aimie Cassidy-Wiley and husband David; grandchildren, Landon and Breylond Wiley; sisters, Robin Mercado (Juan); Norma Sue Bryton; and Julie Pestella; niece, Tracey Mercado; nephew, Joseph Mercado; and goddaughter, Lanea Love. Luann was very creative, loved crafts, gardening, and helping people. “My mom, my heart, my best friend, you taught me how to love. Your memory will live on because of your love. May you enter this new land called Heaven holding Amber’s hand and loving her as you have done for me for so long. You will be thought of daily and missed constantly. I love you Mommy. Love Aimie.” A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday Mar.14 at Luann’s home, 222 Solomon Homes Bldg. 12.
