Gyurke, Marcella M., 90, Cresson, passed away March 28, 2021 at Memorial Medical Center. Born November 2, 1930 to the late John and Martha (Stott) Carlson. Marcella was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Preceded in death by husband, Wilhelm (Chuss) Gyurke. Survived by children, William “Bill” Gyurke (Lynne); Kathryn Kuhar (Joe); Susan DiCicco (Frank); Joseph Gyurke; Mary Gerken (Rick); Julianna Foley (Kevin); and Stephen Gyurke; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. Marcella loved playing bingo, building puzzels, and spending time with family and friends. At Marcella’s request there will be no public services. Donations may be made in Marcella’s memory to either the Alzheimer’s Association or John Paul II Manor in Cresson.
