Obituary

Snyder, Margaret Eleanor, 89 of Johnstown, died July 16, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center.  Born January 27, 1928 in Summerhill.  Preceded in death by husband Robert L. Snyder; Son, Wayne R. Snyder; grandsons, James W. Seigh, and Phillip L. Seigh; brothers, Alex, James, William, and Thomas Lang.  Survived by children, Linda (John) Grimaldi of Johnstown, Charles (Susan) Snyder of Johnstown, Susan (Richard) Seigh of Watauga TX, Karen (Patrick) Seigh of Camden NC; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Jean Boyle of Waynesboro; brothers, Joseph Lang of Doylestown, and Jack Lang of Garland Texas.   Eleanor was a long-time member of Park Ave United Methodist Church, member of Riverside Ladies Aux.  Memorial Service to be held at 11 a.m. Friday July 21, 2017 at Roxbury St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 160 Derby St. Johnstown, PA 15905 by Rev Brittany Wooten. Family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.  The family would like to thank The Villa Personal Care Home and the Palliative Care Unit of Conemaugh Hospital for taking such good care of their mother.
