Margaret “Peg” E. Cunningham (Pettorini), 93, passed away on February 9, 2022, in Hollidaysburg, PA. Peg was born in Patton, PA, on November 23, 1928, to Louis and Mary (Sunseri) Pettorini who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Eugene “Tug”; brothers and sisters, Frances “Fanny” Balon, Robert, Louis “Mick”, Rita Corea, Vincetta “Midge” Pettorini, and George. Peg is survived by children, Peggy (John) Smith of Ebensburg, Gene (Donna) of Hastings, and Eric (Missi) of Spotsylvania, VA; seven grandchildren, Danielle Wise, Justin (Melissa) Smith, Garret (Jackie) Cunningham, Dane (Erica) Cunningham, Ian (Samantha) Cunningham, Bradley Cunningham, and Bailey Cunningham; seven great grandchildren, Tyler McDonald, Brandon and Emily Wise, Landon and Hannah Smith, Roman and Clay Cunningham; numerous nieces and nephews. Peg lived most of her life in Hastings and was an avid bowler, golfer, and country line dancer. She loved making ceramics and was a long-time member of the Choir of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Hastings. Viewing will be held at Easly-Hindman Funeral Home, 333 Beaver St., Hastings on Friday, February 11, 2022 from 4 to 7 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Hastings, on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11 a.m. with viewing one hour prior at the church. Interment will be at St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Hastings. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Garvey Manor Nursing Home, 1037 S. Logan Blvd., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648 or to St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 147 7th Avenue #2, Hastings, PA 16646.
