Widmar, Betty (Marian), 93, Dilltown, died Saturday, February 3, 2018, at home. Born February 8, 1924 in Charles. Daughter of the late Harry and Margaret Dick. Preceded in death by husband, Ernest Widmar Sr.; brothers, Cy and Eugene Dick; and daughter-in-law, Sandy Widmar. Survived by sons, Ernest Widmar Jr. and wife Sylvia (Lonas) and Jim (Harry) Widmar, both of Dilltown; six grandchildren, Vickie Johnson (Dave) of Dilltown, Darin Widmar (Cindy) of Wiley Ford, WV, Cory Widmar (Misty) of Dilltown; Jacquie Gonos of Indiana; Albert Widmar of Charleton, WV; and Kim Burda (Dan) of Indiana; 12 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and siblings, Marge Larkin, Jim Dick, and Maurice Dick (Pat), all of Gas Center. The family would like to thank all of Betty’s caregivers, with special thanks to Nancy Wolfe; Windber Hospice, The Bethlen Home and Bethlen Hospice.
