Gishkin, Mary, 97, Northern Cambria, passed away January 9, 2015 at St. Benedict Manor. She was born September 8, 1917 in Emeigh, PA, daughter of Stephen and Mary (Kuflik) Banik. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Irving; her brothers Stephen, John, Paul, and  Anthony Banik, and her sister Anna Lover. She is survived by her sister Margaret Barvinchak, Northern Cambria; her sister-in-law Madeline Banik, Hastings; She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.Friends will be received Tuesday January 13, 2015 from 9a.m. to 11a.m. at St. Bernard Church, Hastings. Following the time of visitation there will be a Funeral mass held at 11 a.m.. Father Thaddeus Rettger Officiating.
