Obituary

Harrison, Mary Jane, 76, Benshoff Hill, passed away January 24, 2018 at her home. Born January 6, 1942 to the late William C. and Katherine K. (Conner) Hockensmith. Survived by loving husband, Lynn R. Harrison; brother, William Hockensmith married to Diane; niece, Pamela Hanley (Hockensmith) married to James; great nephews, Zach and Nick Hanley; great niece, Crista Verhovsek (Bush) married to Aaron; great great niece and nephews, Jude, Camilla, and Caius; and numerous brother and sister in laws, cousins and friends. Mary Jane worked for Ward Trucking for many years. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren and very active in the church. Mary Jane was a loving aunt, sister, sister-in-law, cousin, and friend. Friends will be received Saturday January 27 at Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren from 1:30 p.m. until time of service at 2:30 p.m. Pastor Rob Wolf, officiating. Interment at Benshoff Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the West End Food Pantry or the church. Special thank you to Heritage Hospice, Dr. Awan, special friends, Bill and Janet Bloom, and sister-in-law, Joyce Harrison for all the care and attention they gave Mary Jane.
