Buck, Melvin J. “Buddy” Jr., 60, Johnstown, died Sept. 14, 2014, at home. Born July 28, 1954, in Johnstown, son of the late Melvin J. and Ethel (Toth) Buck. Preceded in death by his parents and his son, William Buck. Survived by his children, daughter, Amanda Buck, Langhorne, Pa.; son, Eric Buck, Mineral Point; son, Melvin Buck III, Harrisburg; daughter, Melissa McNulty; grandchildren, Brianna Clark and Ethan McNulty; sister, Linda Kasecky, and husband, Steve, Nanty Glo; sister, Betty Little, and husband, Roy, Mineral Point; sister, Melvina Nicklow, and husband, Jim, Ebensburg; and brother, Thomas Buck, and wife, Colleen, St. Michaels. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Melvin enjoyed playing the guitar and played in several bands. Service will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
