Survived by sister, Mary Ann Banfield; caretaker, Jessica Banfield; nephews Jonathan (Wendy Weaver) Banfield, and Jason Lozensky; niece, Lori Ponka; great-niece, Amber Banfield (Indiana, PA), and great-nephew, Logan Banfield (Indiana, PA).
