Lewis, Michael H., 64, Johnstown, PA peacefully passed on March 20, 2023. Born in Bridgeton, New Jersey on February 23, 1959, son of the late Howard and Dorothy (Paroda) Lewis. Preceded by birth mother, Dorothy (Glacken) Smith. Survived by his twin sister, Michaele Smith, sisters, Joyce Smith and Judy Sprinkle; and brother, Raymond Smith. Michael was employed as a laborer in the union prior to his accident. Growing up in New Jersey Mike played baseball, football, and basketball. Mike served as an altar boy and was active in the boy scouts. In his free time, he enjoyed watching sports, serving at his church, attending concerts and spending time with his family and friends.
