Obituary

Stahl, Mildred Orcina, 90, Johnstown, died June 18, 2014. Mom went to be with our savior where all is now well. She spent her last days in the Golden Living Center under the very good care of the staff and the staff of Aseracare Hospice. Born October 3, 1923 in Johnstown. Mom is preceded in death by husband of 62 years and our father, Richard D. Stahl and daughter, Heather. Also, preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Estella (Beutman) Miller; brothers, Elton, Allen, James, and Samuel; sisters, Francis, Hazel, Betty and Virginia. Survived by sons, Daniel, Eugene and James; sisters, Neomi Jean Wallace and Connie Ann Carney, and husband, Duane; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mom was a member of the First Christian Church, Vine & Livengood Streets, Johnstown. Her passion in life was being the best wife and mother she could be. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning house, mowing the lawn (push mower of course) and washing the car. She succeeded. To honor our mother, please make a donation to your favorite charity.
