Obituary

Drenchko, Nicholas “Nick”, 93, Johnstown, passed away January 30, 2022, at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 21, 1928, to the late Joseph and Mary (Kindja) Drenchko. Father of Nicholas, Sharon, and Denise; grandfather of Elizabeth; and great grandfather of Vivian and Lincoln. Nick was a lifelong member of Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church. He provided for his family for nearly 40 years with his employment at Bethlehem Steel. Nick was blessed with a rich baritone singing voice, which he delighted in sharing with others. He was a welcoming man with a genuine “Well hello there” to all. Being a humble man, a private interment service was requested and will be honored. Nick was granted a full and independent life up until the week before his passing. He will be missed by many. Memory eternal.
