Bell, Norbert E., Jr., 88, Johnstown, went home to be with the Lord December 22, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center. Born December 2, 1928, Nicktown, son of the late Norbert A. and Olive (Miller) Bell. Preceded in death by his sons, Dennis and Duane Bell. Survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Lillian F. (Rose) Bell; children, Marie Hogue, Johnstown; Victoria Robertson and husband, Ronald, VA; Donald and wife, Susan, Middletown; Deborah Gustkey and husband, Julius, Johnstown; David Bell, Middletown; Diane Reffner, Johnstown; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, John and Dorothy; and daughter-in-law, Lisa Bell, MD. Norbert worked as an Inspector spark tester at Bethlehem Steel and was a US Army veteran. At his request, there will be no viewing. A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date, St. Gregory Parish.
