Altimus, Oren N., 89, Johnstown, died April 4, 2015 at Cambria Care Center.  Born June 13, 1925 in Johnstown; son of the late Russell and Grace (Helman) Altimus.  Preceded in death by brothers, Lloyd, Benjamin and William; and sister, Patricia Hoffman.  Survived by wife of 53 years, Dorothy (Bozic), sons, Oren, and wife, Donna, NV; Scott, VA; Shane, and wife, Lisa, Johnstown; daughter, Shannon, Johnstown; 9 grandchildren; brothers, Harry, and wife, Margaret, Belsano; James, and wife, Kaye, NC; and Richard, and wife, Helen, MD;  sisters, Doris Jean Kisic, Belsano; Janet, and husband, Frank Janosik, MD; numerous nieces and nephews.  Veteran of the U.S. Merchant Marines.  Retired from Bethlehem Steel Car Shop.
