Link, Patricia A., 87, of Hastings, went to be with Lord on Monday October 24, 2016, at Miners Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. Born September 23, 1929, in St. Boniface, PA; she was a daughter of the late Paul and Agatha (Thomas) Weakland. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 49 years, William L. Link, siblings Pauline Peppetti, Fred Weakland, and Dorothy Smychynsky, and her daughter-in-law Michelle A. Link. She is survived by her children, son James Link, Hastings; Beverly Lechene and her husband Richard, Hastings; Shirley Babyak and her husband William, Hastings; five grandchildren, Sheri Potonic, Kristina Ferrell, Kenneth Link, Lisa Stevens, and Jennifer Link; four great-grandchildren, Kayla, Zach, Madison, and Bryce; siblings, Ruth Ott, Ethel Cunningham, Margaret Boothman, and Helen Sodmont. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Patricia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed baking, and more so sharing the baked goods over a cup of coffee with friends, she loved playing cards, especially with her sisters, she enjoyed playing Bingo, and also working on puzzles. Patricia was also a member of the Hastings VFW Ladies Auxillary. Friends and family will be received on Thursday October 27, 2016 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Easly-Hindman Funeral Home, 333 Beaver St., Hastings. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday October 28, 2016 at the funeral home, Father Thaddeus Rettger, Officiating. Burial at St. Bernard Cemetery.
