Helm, Paula J., 49, Johnstown, passed away August 11, 2017 at her home. Born August 7, 1968 in Altoona, PA. Daughter of Ralph and Paula (Risban) Viscusi. Preceded in death by her dad Ralph, her maternal grandmother Germaine Risban, and her biological father Raymond France. Survived by her son Adam Helm and his significant other Ashley Roles, Johnstown; her mother Paula Viscusi and her significant other Ronald Mardis, Mundy’s Corner; her siblings, Raymond France, Texas; Robert France, North Carolina; Tonya France, Tennesee; her step-siblings Wayne Viscusi, Pennsylvania; Dawn Sperry, Virginia; her special niece Brianne France-Layton, Johnstown; her special nephew Ben Krisay Johnstown; as well as numerous other nieces and nephews; and her best bud, her dog Blair to whom she was devoted. Paula was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed Art, especially painting. She was a great speaker and communicator, she loved music and enjoyed attending rock concerts, she had a great sense of humor, and was very strong in her faith and she trusted in God’s grace, she enjoyed spending time at home with her family where she was most comfortable. Friends and family will be received on Tuesday August 15, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. 1521 Frankstown Road, Johnstown, PA 15902. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 16, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. 1521 Frankstown Road.
