Survived by niece, Patricia Fox and husband, Sean; nephews, Michael Skovensky and wife, Allison; Robert Skovensky and wife, Stefanie; great-nephew, Jonathan Skovensky; and great-nieces, Molly Fox, Ashley, Hannah, Olivia, Brianna Skovensky. Pete was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, graduate of Johnstown High School, US Army veteran, and was employed by Bethlehem Steel until his retirement. He was a wonderful and devoted uncle. Though gruff on the exterior, he was always there for us, no matter what. He will be greatly missed. Family would like to thank everyone at DaVita Dialysis Center in Richland for the excellent care you provided Pete the last 9 years. Friends will be received today, Dec. 14 from 5-8 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. 1521 Frankstown Rd. Mass will be celebrated Dec. 15 at 9 a.m., St. Clare of Assisi, Rev. Matthew E. Misurda, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Kidney Fund in his honor. Arrangements in care of Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., “Exclusive Provider of Veterans and Family Memorial Care.”  Condolences may be made at HindmanFuneralHomes.com
