Kellar, Phyllis Delores, 89, went to heaven, March 5, 2021 in Pittsburgh, PA. Born on July 29, 1931 in Johnstown, PA. Daughter of the late Thomas and Annie Price. Preceded in death by husband, Robert E. Kellar; and siblings, Forrest Price, Arbutus Price Goenner, Bernice Price Hayes, Thomas Price, and Blodwyn Chapple. Survived by children, Eve Kellar of Pittsburgh, PA and Eric C. Kellar of Tampa, FL. She graduated from Westmont Hilltop High School and Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. For many years she worked at Arbutus Park Retirement Community as a registered nurse, and it suited her servant heart. Phyllis dedicated her life to helping others and would want you to know her work here is done and her new mission takes her to the love and laughter that she so well deserves.
