Shonsky, Ramona A. “Mona”, 67, of Hastings, PA, died on November 20, 2017 at Haida Manor. She was born in Buffalo, NY on February 28, 1950 to William Sr. and Helen (Drass) Zunner.  She is preceded in death by her parents; and her son Mark Shonsky. Mona  is survived by her children Paula Shonsky of Palmyra, PA; and Eric Shonsky of Hastings, PA; her grandson Oz Shonsky; her brother Robert Zunner of Manheim, PA; and is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members. Mona was a bartender at several local clubs over the years including the Barnesboro VFW, Barnesboro American Legion, the Slovak Club, St. Benedict VFW, Hastings Firemen’s Club, and the Hastings VFW. She loved playing Bingo, and doing word searches, reading, and she enjoyed feeding the birds, she also enjoyed watching her Cop dramas. Mona loved her family and friends, and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation or service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
