Washington, Raymond “Fish, Poppy” E., 76, of Johnstown passed away on November 29, 2020 at home. A son of Edgar and Marie (Neisner) Washington. Preceded in death by parents; son David; brothers Edward and Joseph; and sisters Donna Galasso and Nancy. Survived by wife of 53 years Deborah Freidhoff; son Ray; grandchildren Alyssa, Alex, and Olivia; sister Judy Hewitt; sisters in law Dorothy Everhart, Darlene Straub, Doris (Bill) Knisel, and Diane Moore. Ray was a 1964 graduate of the former Franklin High School and was a past president of the Daisytown Firemen’s Club. He retired from the Hiram G. Andrew’s Center after 30 years of service. He was a life-long member of St. Gregory & Barnabas Church. Friends and family will be received December 2, 2020 from 2pm to 8pm at Hindman Funeral Home, 1521 Frankstown Rd. Johnstown, PA 15902 and a funeral service will be held December 3, 2020 at 10am at St. Gregory & Barabas Church.
