Stephens, Reginald  E.- 67, Johnstown, passed away June 3, 2018 at Richland Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Born March 22, 1951 in Johnstown, he was a son of William and Frances Marie (White) Stephens. Reginald is preceded in death by his father, and his grandparents Oneil and Mallie Holmes. He is survived by his wife Janice Stephens, his mother, his son Reginald E. Stephens II married to Jessica (Benito), Lancaster; his grandchildren Araeya and Reginald E. “R.E.”  Stephens III; his siblings, Lance, Donald, Carl, Jerry, Randy, Rhonda Lynn, Deatrice, Marie, Pamela, Dorothea, and Stephanie; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other members of his extended family.  Reginald served our country in the United States Air Force, he enjoyed his career as an Engineer Technician, and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
