Rhodes, Richard Glenn Sr., 84, Johnstown. It’s with bittersweet feelings we announce the entrance to his eternal home December 2, 2023. Survived by wife of sixty years, Donna (Reed), sons Rick (Lori), Stacy (Tabitha), and daughter Tracy. Grandchildren Katie, Lindsey, Eric and Ashley, siblings: Gerald (Judy), Wayne (Linda), Gary, sister-in-law Sandra, and other in-laws from the Rhodes, Szala, Reed families also many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Daniel Boyd and Ida (Rummel), siblings Aileen, Allen, Harold, Alberta, Burl, and in-laws from Rhodes, Poehner, and Reed families. Member of Pleasant Hill COB, New Day volunteer, faithful blood donor. Served in the Navy. Known professionally as a salesman and truck driver. He loved his family deeply, and they never doubted how proud he was of them. He gave the biggest hugs, was extremely grateful, and encouraged others to follow God. The family will receive friends on Tuesday December 5th from 6pm. To 8pm. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. 146 Chandler Ave. Johnstown, PA 15906., a viewing and funeral service will be held on Wednesday December 6th from 10am until the time of service at 11am. at Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren 856 Benshoff Hill Road.
