Obituary

Hiner, Richard, Hilbert, 86, Johnstown, passed away October 12, 2021. Born May 26, 1935, to the late Harry and Arvilla “Kinsey” Hiner. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Barbara, they spent 52 years together; brother, William Hiner; and sister, Linda Fox. Survived by his children, Richard Hiner Jr., Johnstown, Randy (Yvonne) Hiner, Lewisberry, Robert Hiner, Johnstown, and Rodney (Erin) Hiner Johnstown; grandchildren, Kayla, Keauna, Rebecca, Robert, Kelsi and Austin; 8 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; along with brothers-in-law, Leroy Fisher and Bill Fox, and sister-in-law, Gail Hiner. He was a teacher and coached football at Laurel Valley High School and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. Services will be private.
