Parks, Robert E., 74, Portage, passed away February 5, 2021 at his home. Born October 17, 1946 to the late Hal and Regina (McConnell) Parks. Preceded in death by brother, Edward Parks. Survived by wife, Darla (Flick) Parks; son, Robert Joseph Parks; brother, Daniel Parks; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and had an interest in antique cars. Special thank you to neighbor, Janet, for her help and compassion over the last several months.
