Born August 31, 1947 in Erie, to Robert Lee and Dorothy (Moroski) Raley, Sr. Preceded in death by father, Robert. Survived by mother, Dorothy; sons, Robert L., III; Michael S.; William S.; brother, Gerald “Jerry” L. Raley and wife Cindy; and grandson, Michael S. Raley, Jr. Robert was a veteran of the United States Army. At the family’s request there will be no viewing or service.
