Schuster, Robert W. Sr., 82, of Johnstown, passed away December 18, 2020 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born October 30, 1938, in Johnstown, to the late Charles and Margaret (Wilcox) Schuster. He is preceded in death by parents; sister, Peggy Dean; and beloved niece Lindsey Schuster. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, JoAnn (Geedy) Schuster; children, Robert W. Schuster Jr., of Tuscon, AZ; Vicki Burkey and husband Scott, of St. Michael; and Sheri Kovach and husband Dennis, of Johnstown; siblings, Donald G. Schuster and wife Wendy, of Geistown; Betty Caroff, of Red Lion; Judith Thomas, of Johnstown; and Patricia Schuster, of Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Ashley Oswalt and fiancé Chris Albright, of Johnstown; Kayla Thomas and husband Zachary, of Johnstown; Adriana Pietrolungo and husband Neil, of Hollidaysburg; Michael Eppolito Jr., of Hollidaysburg; Samantha Schuster, of Brooklyn, NY; and Alyssa Schuster, of Tuscon, AZ; great grandchildren, Aiden and Talia Albright; Colton and Bennett Thomas; and Rosalia Pietrolungo; and numerous nieces and nephews. Robert was a Fireman for the City of Johnstown for 28 years, a trustee and member of Third Brethren Church, and a member of the Retired Fireman’s Club. He enjoyed riding his Harley, sitting on his front porch, and loved trains and train displays. His greatest love was his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
