McKee, Robert Potter, 93, Davidsville, passed away June 11, 2014 at Laurelview Village. Born January 20, 1921 in Johnstown; a son of the late Robert Earl and Helen (Mayer) McKee. Preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Gladys (Ross) McKee, sons, Richard G. McKee and Leslie V. Ross. Survived by sons, Robert Kim McKee, Boswell; Martin D. McKee, Davidsville; David E. McKee, Johnstown; he is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, sister, Vivian Miller, Fort Myers, FL; daughters-in-law, Rose (Argon) McKee, Natalie (Straightiff) McKee, Courtney Hill, and Connie Ross. Robert attended the Stanton Military Academy, and served in the Army Airforce during World War II. He worked at the McKee Market and was a gentlemen farmer. He was a life member of the Masonic Lodge, Shriners, and Elks Club. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. 146 Chandler Ave. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1pm at the funeral home with Nancy Hoover, officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church.
