Penrose, Russell S. III, 49, Johnstown, passed away June 8, 2019. Born April 12, 1970 to Russell and the late Rebecca Penrose Jr. Preceded in death by mother; and children, Michael and Allison. Survived by wife of 25 years, Wendy; children, Marissa and Robert; and their loving pets Bailey and Maggie. Russ loved the show Gas Monkey Garage and doing word finds with his wife. Loved and survived by father; brother, Chris Penrose (Wayne Joseph); sister, Nickie (Dave Lukas); and niece, Abigail Fisher (Jeremy Fisher); Russ will be deeply missed by close friends, Cameron Maxwell; Rocky Miller; Curtis Benton; Boyd Shultz; and Donavan Pendell. Russ was loved by all who knew him. There will be no service at the honor of Russell’s wishes.
