Born March 4, 1942 to the late Samuel J. and Anne (Steck) Piazza Sr. Preceded in death by sister, Leslie Lawhead and husband, Jack. Survived by partner, Sally Kuzmyak; step-children, Christopher Kuzmyak, (Shannon); Zachary Kuzmyak, (Angela); granddaughter, Sophia Kuzmyak; sister, Denise Paretti, (Richard), SC; sister-in-law, Lisa Stohl, FL; nieces, Beth, Kristen, and Jennifer Lawhead; beloved dog, Oliver; and children, Shannon Carpenter and Shaun Piazza both of GA.
